Requirements
-For appointment to this grade, the applicant must have the following minimum qualifications: -
- i.Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategic Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Project Management, Social Sciences or related field from a recognized institution;
- ii.A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Public
-Policy Administration, Business Management, Project Management, Social Sciences, or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- iii.Relevant Professional qualifications;
- iv.A Course in Strategic Leadership Development or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- v.Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing
- vi.Proficiency in computer application;
- vii.Meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution;
- viii.Doctorate Degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years relevant work- experience with at least five (5) years in Senior Management Level.

Duties and Responsibilities
-The job holder will be responsible to Chief Registrar of the Judiciary
- i.Coordinating development and implementation of Judiciary policies, strategies and programmes;
- ii.Providing leadership in planning process including strategic planning and work planning;
- iii.Overseeing the development and implementation of performance management system, tools, programs and policies;
- iv.Coordinating the development and implementation of quality management standards, systems and Innovations;
- v.Coordinating research, feasibility studies and surveys to inform Judiciary programs and policies;
- vi.Overseeing analysis, interpretation and dissemination of data;
- vii.Overseeing preparation and dissemination of monitoring and evaluation reports, policies, programs and projects in the Judiciary;
- viii.Coordinating development and preparation and dissemination of periodic performance reports for Judiciary;
- ix.Overseeing the negotiations, target setting and evaluation of Courts and Administrative Units’ performance;
- x.Overseeing the preparation, implementation, monitoring and reviewing the Directorate annual budgetary allocations;
- xi.Maintaining and updating statistical data base on Judiciary performance;
- xii.Conducting statistical analysis, inferences and reporting;
- xiii.Undertaking Capacity building on planning and performance management systems and tools;
- xiv.Providing technical advice and strategic direction on all planning and performance management programs, projects and systems;
- xv.Guiding in the preparation of the strategic documents, proposals, board papers, concept notes, work plans, budget, and procurement plans;
- xvi.Overseeing the dissemination of planning and performance management reports;
- xvii.Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners in planning and performance management; and
- xviii. Overseeing Performance Management, mentoring, guidance and counselling of staff.

- •A recognized Credit Reference Bureau; and
- •Clearance from relevant professional body.
